Looks like she wants her listing to be noticed on Trulia. Doesn't like that it shows it went up $5,000 as noted. Explanation then?

The market can adjust upwards as it did from 2002 through 2005. The first time home buyers are chasing a limited supply of homes causing upward price values. I see nothing wrong with the $5,000 price change.
