Sadly, the fees depend on "doing the same thing" managment and expecting different results. There needs to be more influx on younger baby boombers to take the reign of KP Managment and the different "autonomous" Condo Associations. It should not cost what it does for either the overall Mgtmt and/or the separate Associations. It's basically run by volunteers for the most part anyway by committees, BOG...they need to completely manage both/all entities; including becoming self insured.
If you take the hardscape out of the condo associations; very little landscaping; and the cleaning it not done all that often. Same goes with the Vesta Mgmt; take out the Golf Courses; the Associations and their areas; what do you have.....not anywhere near what they are getting for Mgtmt fees.
What started out as $143...doable is a riduculous $350 monthy fee (chump change as one retired plumber said) but; for a lot; it is almost rent; only thing included is Community Television (limited) by Comcast.
So, Come on Down, BabyBoomers, and help turn this once thriving Community around. It would make a really easy remodel that could only bring the values up to where they should be
considering the Land!!
