why has this house been sold so many times in such a short time, it just came off an auction & for sale now?

curious if there is a municipal or other reason for this house changing hands so often, its currently on market for $110,000.

To the best of my knowledge, Trulia purchases transaction information from Wayne County. Those records indicate a sale to a private owner in 2006, the sheriff auction in 2008 and a Quit Claim to a third party.

If the home was up for auction and not sold, then there would be nothing additional to record. There is also a delay in recording for all Counties so there might be another recording pending.

Yes, the home is on the market for sale. If you are not under obligation or contract with an agent, I can assist you in arranging a showing. As with all foreclosure properties, buyers must perform additional Due Diligence on the property.

This link doesnt show it is for sale. But, commonly properties are auctioned at a foreclosure auction and then put up for sale via a listing agent like a traditional sale.
