Hi Christine,
This is a short sale and because time is crucial to the process, the agent needs to be a little more aggresive with the pricing. In this case it worked because there is an accepted offer on it. From the listing infomation, I think you would have a hard time getting FHA financing for this home because the heating system isn't opportational. That limits the potential buyer pool even more.
