why are there no pictures of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and basement?

It’s up to the individual agent who is marketing the property to download the pictures. 85% of Buyers are starting their search on the internet. The homes kitchen and baths may not be updated. We go a step further and place the floor plan and about 40 high definition pictures of our listings on our website. You can take a look by clicking on the link below.

That's a good question. Our local MLS provides for up to 18 pictures. Agents who don't take advantage of that are doing their seller a disservice. Most of my Buyers immediately think that if there is no picture of the kitchen and baths, they must be horrible.
If you click on the more details link, there is a picture of the kitchen in the background, open to the family room. The home is dated, but not a bad value for the neighborhood in question.
