Good afternoon Linda,

There are no homes on Hasper currently on the market. This property does not have an addess, so it makes things more challenging. 1039 Hasper was on the market last fall but was withdrawn. This may well be the home as often homeowners attempt to sell their home prior to letting it go to foreclosure. It is a nice brick ranch. Realty Track is a great place to start your search for good deals, however, it is notoriously inaccurate regarding dates and status classifications. If you are interested, I would love to set you up for an email search of properties that match the features you are looking for. I will email you everything on market and then, whenever a property comes oon the market that matches your criteria, or one you have already been sent has a price reduction, it will be automaticaloy emailed to you. This is great way to get familiar with the market.

I have family in Florida in the Jupiter area. I see you are not too far from there.

There is no way to accurately predict when a bank owned property will hit the market. Typically, when a bank takes possession of the property, there is a sequence of events between the time of possession and listing. Banks typically hire a company to do a trash-out/ clean up. They hire local agents to do Broker Price Opinions, have an appraisal, and other preparations before assigning the listing to a local agent. The best way to find out about this and other properties is to engage the services of a Buyers Agent, who can set you up on a FLASH email, which will notify you the instant the property comes on the market. I'd be happy to do this. If you're interested, please contact me (without obligation) at 734-678-9032; or brian@besthomesinannarbor.com
Thanks and good luck.

Hi Linda,

Hard to say. I have checked the assesors data and it is tough to tell. Interesting that the street however is encompassed with alot of Ann Arbors most prominant long term families. Not an area that has alot of turn over. I can set up a search for actives on that street if you like, and the moment it hits the market you will be notified. Are you still in FL? Or will you be coming to Ann Arbor soon. Let me know if it would help to set up that search for you. Wishing you would send us up some sunshine.
