I have shown this property before with another buyer, but they didn't want to go through with it due to the work that was needed and the septic system that had failed the title V inspection. It has been listed with a realtor before for $149,900 and expired, and is now re-listed with another realtor for $189,900 and it states that the sellers will install a new septic system before the closing, which is why I'm guessing the price has increased. It does need work both inside and out. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs but are smaller in size due to the steep roof pitch, and I believe the backyard is small as well with the wooded area behind it.
