You don't need to wait for an open house. You can make an appointment to go see it at your convenience. Please let me know if you need help in doing so.

open houses are for people who think they may be interested in a specific house in a specifc area. The multiple listing system states when public open houses are. If you want more information about a specific home, your best bet, if you're not working with anyone, is to call the listing agent directly. The first thing you really need to do prior to looking at homes is get yourself pre approved. Agents really only consider buyers serious if they have taken this step. Just remember, that any agent can show you any house that is listed in the MLS. ABR (accredited buyers agents) are your best bet because you become their client instead of their customer and there is a difference. I have my ABR accrediation and I would be more than happy to explain the difference to you and how this benefits you as a home buyer. In the meantime, good luck with your search. Before you do anything, sit down with a pen and paper, make two columns, your needs and your wishes. These, along with your pre-approval, will greatly help both you and any agent that is lucky enough to work for you. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you,. Buying a home is just like anything else. The more educated you are, the easier it becomes.

You don't need an Open House to see it. In fact, if you are a serious buyer, you should not be going to Open Houses. You should be working with an Accredited Buyer Representative.(ABR) It does not cost you anything to be properly represented in a Real Estate transaction.

If you are interested, give me a call or shoot me an e-mail. I;ll be happy to show you this property and explain the benefits of working with an ABR.
