This building is literally around the corner fr my house. De Soto's are very solid, older buildings that are maintained well. There is a 3 Island pk w a walkway/playground near there. It's also on the way to Harbor Island, which is a very high-end gated community. 3 Island has gates, which takes camera shots of licenses.
The units have large rooms. This one looks like it's been remodeled and in good shape.
These are older buildings; therefore, they are on a maintenance schedule, and should have reserves. If you are seriously interested, I can preview for you, and ask the questions to the condo mgmt...usually, prior to closing on a property, the lender requires a condo questionnaire, which has all this info. on it...but, we can ask prior to, if you're interested.
Insurance should be @$200-$300 max, for inside the walls only. The outside is usually covered by the maintenance fee.
