The house if off the market at this time, but there is a good chance the bank will assign it to another REO Broker. I would be happy to let you know when it comes back on the market, if you would like me to. I am a member of of the Board of Realtors, so I have access to all the M.L.S. Listings in Stockton.

If you need help with anything else, don't hesitate to let me know.

You have a Great Day Rosa.

If you're looking in that area as well and seeing that you're in Stockon, You should work with an agent locally to help you with the search. Trulia has alot of fantastic features, but nothing beats local knowledge.

Note that it's on approximately a one acre lot, which is typical for that area. If you'd like to have an automatic email notice when this (or any other property on Knightsen) is listed (or has a price change) I'd be happy to set you up for that. No cost, no obligation.

Good Afternoon,

The listing expired in October 2008, and at the time it was listed for $359,900.00. It is a bank owned property, so there will most likely assign the property to another agent soon.

Let us know if you have any more questions.

Have a great day!
