I HAVE HEARD OF APROVALS WITH A SCORE AS LOW AS 520, HOWEVER BELOW 620 YOU CAN GET TD'D FOR SPECIFIC CREDIT SINS.

Alternately, if you have 660, I can get you no money down.

Joyce,

The higher the score, the better. I know of one lender who claims he can get financing for you with a credit score of 580 (FHA). If you are concerned about your credit score, the place to begin is with a loan officer or a mortgage broker. I have a list of some really terrific loan officers and mortgage brokers that I will be happy to send to you.
