HI Julia, unfortunately a pre-foreclosure lis pendens doesn't mean that the property is for sale, or that it will be in the forseeable future. It simply means that legal papers have been filed against the property, usually due to missed mortgage payments; but not always. Your best bet is to get a buyer's agent, give them your criteria, and let them find properties that are actually for sale.
