Property taxes for 10301 are not a set amount. The amounts will range depending on the type of property, size, sale history, etc.

If you would like to inquire further about this area and would like some honest real estate advise, feel free to call me direct @ 347-386-8498 OR email me at JoeAtExcel@gmail.com..whether you would like to look into buying, selling, investing or renting..

I would love to help you!

Hi 67oretha,

If you have a specific property in mind we can determine what the property taxes are by the specific address.

Property taxes are not based according to zip code but rather on the property assessed value and type of home. Recent sales of the existing home is also a factor.

Neighbors in the same zip code and on the same block will have different property taxes and of course it varies according to property type such as single-family homes, two-family homes, semi, attached and
detached homes.

Feel free to conduct your own property search at http://www.tonyvegahomes.com or contact me directly for further assistance.

If asking about any specific properties, it's always a good idea to re-verify taxes with the local tax assessor's office, therefore consider a call, also see link....

It's same as everywhere on the island - 17.364% for residential properties. However, the taxes are assessed only on a small portion of the overall value of the house/property.
