As you may already have read, this unit already has a contract signed.

You now have the opportunity to search approximately 20,000 exclusive listings, representing the entire database of residential listings available through the membership of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

These are the most accurate listings you can find in NY because they come from the brokers themselves; there is no bait and switch, no duplicates, and no opens; and are updated every hour.

Here you will find all the maintenance fees, pet policies and all other important building information that you need for your purchase.

Hi, Ibazos.
This has a signed contract. The maintenance is $820. Consumer websites such as Trulia often have outdated or erroneous listings data. I would strongly suggest you work with your own buyer's agent. We have access to listings in real time, can streamline your search, negotiate on your behalf, and troubleshoot along the way. It is your most proven way to get what you want on the best terms and at the best price.

Best,
