After the plumbing gets yanked out of the house a few times when it becomes vacant from no tenant...you will be thinking...

Damn...I paid too much for this property at 14K

I lived in Trenton and owned a home there for many years. I eventually rented it out and sold a few years ago. You should really take a ride and check out the neighborhood if you serious about investing. This home is not really in the State House district, and a few blocks in Trenton really makes a difference.

This is a short sale. It needs rehab and selling as is. Let me know if you need help or you have any questions.

Thank you.

Hi James,

Trenton is definitely not my area, I'm in Northern New Jersey so hopefully a local agent can shed some light on the home but from what I see in the description the home needs rehab and is an "as is" sale. Also says that the area is being improved house by house. Not knowing the area I'm not sure if the price is unrealistic. Here in Essex County, you can find a rehab house in some towns under $20,000.
