Hi Richard. I have been in this place and it is in unbelievably poor condition. The fact that it did not sell at an asking price of $39,000 tells you alot. There are multi family properties not far from this listing that are in great shape, however, and priced to move. Check out my profile and contact me if you would like to see more info about them.

This is a REO property that was foreclosed on. It was for sale for $39,000, and the listing expired 12/25/2008. It is possible the bank would still like to sell this apartment/rental opportunity if that is what you are interested in buying. So there would be nothing owed on this property.

Hi Richard,

This home hasn't been on the market since December. Here is the link to the last time it was on the market.

http://pub.realtyweb.net/link.html?opfqvrg735v,,1

It is a foreclosure and any outstanding monies owed are paid by the bank at the time of closing.

If you'd like further information I can do some research on this for you to see if it can be available.

Thanks for the inquiry and thanks for your good work in Iraq.
