Kathy, In terms of real estate, I do not know. The most common usage of which I am familiar is an onomatopoeiaic representation of the sound a frog makes. Good luck. Dave

RBID can mean Really Big Idea Development - but in this case it refers to a bidding system for foreclosed, or soon to be foreclosed homes. If you have interest in discussing this further, please let me know

To be honest, Im not sure what that means. I emailed the listing agent to get a clarification. If you shoot me your email I will let you know what I find out or Ill just post the results back on here.
