Hi Patricia,

The home does require some updates/TLC. No recent updates however the home does come with a Home Warranty which is peace of mind for the first year. The home does have a/c units - no central air. Water heater/furnace - natural gas.

Please call me directly to schedule an appointment to view this home and to discuss your needs/wants and current time frame.

Regards,
Roshan

Patricia,

"Any other pictures?" . . . . when not provided, not usually a good sign . . . but I wouldn't that deter you from viewing the property and offering a price that reflects needed renovations.

I am a great negotiator, so let me know if you would like my assistance.

Sincerely,

Patricia,

I checked only Trulia and the following link that was on Trulia and it seems there's only one photo on each of these sites.

Why not give a call to the listing agent and ask him the questions yourself.

Here's the link. Scroll down, there's a name and phone number or you can contact via email :

Dear Patricia -- You seem to have several questions about this home. Perhaps you would like to see it for yourself? And why this home? There are others in the area that you could see also, if you are considering moving from Marlton. I haven't been in this home, but i think you'd benefit from your own investigation, and not other's opinions. That's the best way to go about it. Let me know if that is something you would consider. Thanks. - John
