Beth is correct! That is a Cabana at The Casablana Condo/Hotel. These units vary in size from 120 Square Feet to about 220 Square Feet. The Casablanca is located in North Beach and was converted to condo/hotel from a hotel about 10 years ago. There are several stuios/hotel rooms available for sale at Casablanca as well.

As is the case in MOST cabanas~ staying overnight is against the rules of the association.

Hi Candemir,
It is a beach cabana, you can't sleep in them you must just use it during the day.
And you have to always own in the building that the cabana is attateched to, but I do no know which building this is. It is not the smartest ad ever written!

Hope that helps,
Beth Jenkins

You need to talk to the genius person that posted this ad. I have been many years in business and I do not understand what they mean either. My suggestion, click on their site and ask what does "you can not sleep over night" means. I would be very interested in knowing also.
