The taxes are based on value rather than size. At approximately 1700sqft the value will likely be somewhere between $120,000 and $155000 and the taxes therefore approximately $3400-3900/year. Also there are HOA dues in Savannah about $700/year. One of the few communities where I think you actually get something for your dues. Very nice community and a great place to get connected if you are new to the area.

Your tax estimate estimate for this year would be around $3615. This according to information on the MLS.
Of course, one would have to know the appraised value of a 1700 sqft home to determine the taxes for it.
