Hello Ingrid,

On Trulia the home is listed for $79,000 but on the MLS the agent has it listed for $99,000.
Just thought I should let you know that.

While the taxes for this property in 2007 were $1,518, because of Florida's various home exemptions, the tax you pay for ownership of this property may not necessarily be the same. For more information about everything Poinciana, see our "About Poinciana" page at http://www.poincianahome.net/AboutPoinciana or write to us at Home@PoincianaHome.net.

Ingrid:

Property taxes publicly reported for 2007 were $1,518.00
It is in a 70 x 110 lot, that is under 1/4 acre. So the info you found on 2.5 acres is incorrect.
Also, this home is offered as a Short-Sale, do you know what that means?

Please contact me to learn more about short sales and/or if you are interested in me sending you listings of comparable foreclosures in the same area.
