Sometimes I suggest looking at how much more house you could buy if you added a condo fee like $720/month to a mortgage payment.
Sometimes it is a signifigant upgrade, and then a home is more desireable in some cases than a condo.

Boston RE taxes are around $13.08 per thousand of the assessed value of the property ( not the asking /Sale price. Thus, this property was assessed at $402k and has yearly taxes of $3597.00.
Please keep in mind that Boston offers a residential exemption of around $1500.00 for those who live in their property.
Condo Fees here: $720.00 per month, and they include heat and hot water, but building has no parking.
