Hi, Dawn!
As you can see by some of the answers here, it's really best for you to have an agent do the searches for you about properties. If you really want to find something, PLEASE secure your own buyer's agent. It doesn't cost you anything out of pocket in most cases and then you have a professional seeking the information instead of you spending your precious time on websites that have out of date information. I know it might not seem like it, but we really do want to help!!! :)

Good luck!

As an experienced agent who also lives and works out of the Forest Lake Area, I would also be happy to assist you in your search.

Well this one is not even a REO yet (always remember if it does not have a MLS# it is not listed), and don't bother with the realty trac ones they are just foreclosure records that tend to be in-accurate anyways (they are a national website).

But if you want Dawn I will send you listings that are ready for showings and we can go out ASAP. You already have the financing in place? Every offer needs to have a pre-approval letter so the seller knows you are capable of buying now, so that tends to be the first thing that needs to be done.
