This will depend on your down payment - 620 for conventional financing and 640 for FHA (with most lenders although you may be able to find some that go down to 580)
Good luck and should you have any further questions please feel free to contact me

You need to speak to a lender and see what you can get approved for.

Work with a Lender in order to get yourself pre-qualified. Credit, Income and Down Payment will determine your ability to purchase a home.

Hi Efren,

As previously stated 640 is the number your credit score should be at. Get pre approved by a lender, contact any of the referrals here and make sure you ask about FHA & Smart Move loan types.

With an FHA loan you're only required to put 3.5% as your down payment, and, the Smart Move, I believe...is only 3% down payment, again contact a lender to get qualified and ask your questions.

Good luck!

Depends on the program however the Illinois department of housing has a very good program out right now for first time home buyers called Path To Own/ Smart Moves. I would contact Jason Accola at Wintrust so you can get more information.

This home was listed on July 3rd and it sold on July 5th. Any buyer has to be pre-approved before considering buying a house unless he or she can buy cash. The best home deals sell within a few days after they get listed. Call me at 847-987-2198 or email me at martinsanchez@realtor.com to guide you as to how to get the best deals as a buyer.

It depends on a few factors. I can refer you to a Loan Officer who can pre-qualify you for free.

Thanks,
