This property 845 La Jolla Rancho was under the Notice of Default. We had a buyer who was very interested in the home. It was listed and the last time I spoke with the listing agents they were negotiating cash offers significantly over the listing price. Once an offer was accepted, the bank had indicated it would entertain a "short sale", and considering the moratorium that we currently have on foreclosures, there may be time for the short sale to be completed.

Our buyer required a mortgage so our buyer was not in the competition. The home has a great view of the Pacific and is in a great La Jolla neighborhood.
