The Kensington community is across the street from my personal residence. It was built in recent years and offers condo, Townhome as well as villas. The chances are if there are no pics of the interior or the community, the listing agent may live far from the property and had the MLS come out and take a picture.
The best thing to do when you are ready to purchase is contact a Realtor that works the community and areas you are interested in, tell them what you desire in a home. A good buyer's agent will have preview most of the properties available in there area and will also be able to access the brokers notes note viewable by the public to help you determine the properties you wish to see. Perhaps the best part is that the buyer's agent gets paid by the seller's agent. You get6 professional representation through the entire process with you best interest at hand not the sellers.
