Dear Yafit,

The property you are inquiring about is not an active listing but instead a posting by RealtyTrac who would like you to contact them and sign of for their paid monthly service. Keep in mind that a good agent can provide you more timely information for absolutely free.

The home is located in a development called Sun Valley which is located on the north side of Boynton Beach Boulevard just east of Jog. There is a homeowner's association but it's scope is very limited and the fees are very low at $750 per year.

Like most of the south Florida market, sales are strong in the neighborhood with 6 homes selling in Sun Valley over the past 90 days and another 7 homes under contract waiting to close. With only three active listings there is a inventory of just about a month and a half which is very low and another signal as to why prices are finally starting to increase.

I work almost entirely as a buyers agent in Palm Beach and Martin Counties and certainly would be honored to be on the list of Realtors® you interview and happy to be of assistance in any way that I can. I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Always at Your Service,

This home in Boynton Beach is in Sun Valley, where HOA fees currently run around $915 per quarter. However, the $51,000 price you see in this listing will not the price of the home. Prices in the community currently start around $96,000 for a 3 bedroom condo, and may move up from there.

This community is Sun Valley and has some of the lowest HOAs which are under $1000 yearly. This is a very nice neighborhood as I personally know a resident. If you would like to speak live as to how I could further help you please call 561-302-6196 or visit
