This is not a listing,it is a Realty Trac posting. Realty Trac is not a listing site, nor are they authorized to list properties. This house is not on the market at this time,as it has not yet foreclosed. Realty Trac is a for profit site & they make their profit by publishing(usually misleading, sketchy or inaccurate) info they pull from public records of foreclosure & default and getting people to register & pay for info that is available for free. When foreclosure is complete, this house will be listed at market value. i suggest you contact a local agent who can provide you with the latest & most accurate info from the MLS & also inform you if and when this property does come on the market. Realty Trac has not included the lot size because they do not have it.

This posting is not for the sale of the property but a notice the bank has taken the property back at foreclosure auction. it will now be assigned to an asset managfer who will list it with a local realtor, it will be cleaned, appraised and put on the market. Realty Trac picks up notices of foreclosure at the local registry of deeds and posts them on their site, when you see realty trac that is what you are seeing, i have posted a link for a free 7 day trial on their site if you want to check them out. If you wnt mor einfo on the house you will have to wait until a realtor is assigned to sell the property. A good buyer broker can update you when it hits mls. good luck with your search.
