Hi Gary,
I thought instead of calling I would let you know that there is no home for sale on Oakwood Rd. The house is in Lis Pendens. The homeowners have plenty of time to get it out of lis pendens which is the initial state of foreclosure.
If you would like to receive email updates of properties that are being market in foreclosure, email me and I'll be happy to provide that service to you. Just reach me through my Trulia profile or visit my website, below.
It's unfortunate that RealtyTrac puts all stages of foreclosure listings on its website. Plenty of them never make it to the market as the homeowners either buy out of or negotiate with their lender to get them out of foreclosure status. It's very deceiving for the general public.
I would be happy to talk to you about purchasing in Pt. Pleasant. I own there myself. It's a great town!

Gary, you are not going to move into a house in Point Pleasant Beach for that price. The cheapest home on the market in that neighborhood is $399,000. Now, Keansburg is a different story - but, I guess you already know all about Keansburg.
