Ok, so you mean Trulia "lie" about the sold price ?…

Is this Trulia's common practice?

The $322,000 number probably represents the final sale price while $340,000 represents the asking price at the time of contract.

This is a commonly askes question.

Jose 732 979-9100 was busy distributing invitation labels to top realtors in the area, I guess.

7 CHRISTOPHER Ct Piscataway NJ 08854 5br 3ba 2ga house near Dunellen Train Station just sold under attorney review at $625,000 ... 12-30-08

By the way, I just had a nice dinner a this brand new Ruby Tuesday off Rt 529 right next to Holiday Inn at Middlesex Mall tonight and Steve, the General Manager, was so kind to provide us complimentary desert as the waitor said.

So, I went over to chat a bit with Steve who told me he has much money he got out of stock months ago and did not know what is best investment. So I advised him to buy some 1br or 2br condos can walk to NYC train station to invest. He said he lives in Bridgewater, and know exactly where he should head on.

If you specialized in Bridgewater area condo that can walk to NYC train station, you may want to visit Steve at Ruby Tuesday.

Hello there Cheng- yes, you and Gina are quite right - the MLS reflectst the sale price of $322,000. For properties I've listed on Trulia myself when I change the status to sold I am asked for a sale price. Perhaps it is simply an input error on the part of the listing source.

Good idea to have the moderators chime in.

And don't forget about my Open House tomorrow at 14 Lillian Terrace - noon to 4pm ;-)

I've still not been able to connect with Jose but look forward to doing so.

You are right about the sales price of $322,000. Property closed on September 17th. Possibly Trulia moderators can answer?

The price may have been the listing price. The actual sale price does not become public until after the closing.
