Hi Selwa, the lots are listed as a package deal for $150,000. Owner MAY consider selling lots separately. It appears they are under contract, but there may be a way to come in as a backup buyer. Hello Selwa, depending on what the lot is zoned for and the functional usage and size of the lot will be a big factor in the price. Any where from 20 to 100k? Keep in mind that if you purchase the undeveloped lot seperatly than you will need to pay cash for the land. Mortgage Co's dont finance undeveloped lad.
