Hi Shelley,

I have a seller who just signed a listing contract who lives inside this complex. It is not on the market yet. It is much bigger than this one. Please call or e-mail me and I will give you all the details. It is a beautiful 2 story town home with a garage.

Hello Shelley,

Both Cyndi and Trent are correct on the HOA of $495 plus the buyer now will pay 6 months of the HOA's to the buyer. Plus this buyer looks motivated. If you are not working with a Realtor yet I would recommend to and make an offer.

If you have any other question, please call or email.
Best Regards,

Hi, Shelley

The HOA is $495 per month but right now the seller is willing to pay 6 months of the HOA to a buyer. The HOA is supposed to go down sometime this next year. There was a special assessment in the complex that was to be finalized and once it is, the HOA will go down, but I don't know to what amount.

Call me if you have any other questions about this property as I know it well. Very cute and great location too and seller is VERY motivated.

The H.O.A. dues are $495.00 a month, which I believe the dues include earth quake insurance, but liike everything in life, you need to verify it for yourself.

Have a great day.
