Stanley,

Below is a link to all the listings of units available in Legacy Place, Palm Beach Gardens FL.
There are pictures in those listings.
The HOA seems to vary depending on the listing but the most recent listings show $365/mo which is not bad for a property East of I-95 in Palm Beach County where the only insurer is the State run Citizens.
Unit 11017 #106 looks to be a great deal with a Garage at $209K.
There are some short sales in there listed lower but they don't have garages and can be a beast to deal with if the listing agent hasn't prepared the short sale package with the lender properly. They can be a 3-4 month wait just for bank approval which does not mean that they will take the offer.
A traditional sale with a motivated seller is usually a much better option because there is control left in the transaction for you.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

the MLS doesn't show any properties currently available there at this time. If you'd like for a Realtor to contact you when listings become available, I'll be happy to recommend someone from my office who works in the area.
