Realty trac takes all the notices of default (which is public record) and puts them on the website. The information may or may not be current.
I did a search on this particular property, the price they listed at $200,000 for this specific property is really the first loan on the property which is being defaulted.
So, this is not saying the loan is not current today (as Realty Trac is not really accurate) nor is it saying that the owner will want to sell the property for $200,000 (extremely unlikely), nor wil he want to sell, period,; there can be a lot more different scenario after this.
