Yes, forgive me, as Angela said below this is actually banked owned, which is one step past the short sale process. You do offer dirctly to the bank in this case.

Anyhow, the property in Walnut Creek in Pembroke Pines is a bank owned foreclosure and not a short sale. It was listed on December 8th and is easy to show. This is a short sale property, which is an offer to the bank becasue the property is in foreclosure.
