Keith Powell at RE/MAX of New England, RE/MAX Landmark, Realtors is the listing professional for this property.
I would contact a local real estate professional to help with this answer.

If you are interested in a property, your buyers agent should be able to give you the low down on its condition, although the listing does state its present state. Also more importantly you should view it with them. Maybe it is a diamond in the rough.

This property needs lots of TLC or tear down as described on the listing. I doubt it is photoshoped as realtors are not supposed to do so. Looks as though the door was boarded up and painted over red trying to match the siding color. Either way based on description it needs lots of work and if you are truly interested it is always best to go see it for yourself to see if it is a good fit for what you are looking for. info@wenrealty.com
