Sky Grand Ma....

Providence is a neat place to live. Very different to me than most other communities.
Probably my number 1 question is what part of DFW will you work?
If you work around there, I think it is a good option.
House styles are a little different.....cape cod style for the most part.
Very strict HOA, keeps things looking nice and neat. For example the real estate for sale signs are all the same. No difference in the different companies. All the fences are white plastic. There's tons of community activities. So if you need to walk into a community and get connected really quickly, this is probably a good place to do it. There are also ponds, parks, a water park, community center etc.
I also think sales prices seem to be a little better in this area vs some other areas. My guess is this is because of the cost of land and construction materials might be lower.
There is a similar community named Savannah also right down the road. You can see a link below to homes for sale in Providence.
