ok i just bought a property at constable's auction here in houston for hoa dues.. what happens now any other?

liens that may be on property? I know i have 6 mos redemption.. but doubt the owner will be able to pay.. i pulled up the public records and there is a warranty deed but i don't see any mtg listed... please help!

You probably need to check with your real estate attorney about notifications. I think you have to give all other lien holders notification of your purchase, as well as the home owner and give them the right to redeem, before you wipe them out. If there is a mortgage the HOA lien is likely secondary and you may not be able to take posession of the property.
