not sure who to contact, this info inaccurate, it was resold by the bank for $520,900. As it stands the data is misleading.

Welcome to Zillow! Zillow pools together a lot of information, but it does that in phases. Sales and transfers of ownership can take week to months to update, ditto for changes to the property record. It really works best in aggregate, if you look at any one property and how Zillow figures things out, you are likely to find plenty of inconsistencies. If you look around the message boards, you'll see thousands of posts, just like yours.

There's several sources for the data & they're all disagreeing with each other. Once the registry data is picked up and processed it'll update the #'s on all these sites. It takes a while.
