need advise as to how to maximise our investment in selling our Marland home which sits in 1&1/3rd plus acres zoned R3 in Frederick County.

It is a ling rectangle,wider in front ,sitting privately behind houses on a main access road with 2 Rt.of Ways. One with traffic light access. It is in close proximity of Middletown & Frederick & within the former School District & interstate access is 2/10 mile away. House sits 2/3 back, could be sold as sepatate from front, iy has a spacious back area with mature trees ALSO there is a buffer site that has NO access between it & a n upscale older housing developement, this affords additional pricacy; We had always thought that the situation could be ideal for anyone wishing to build either a larger hime for themselves or a smaller one for parents or children.
We bought this, our first home new in latw 1978 about a year prior to a market take off. It is a modular, Dutch Colonial with three bedrooms, three reception & 2 full baths. It has been dearly loved tho the garfen is negleted as we aquired a farm in VA in 1989. My husband has used it as his Prim.ary Res. to work, HELP Please
