know how much for a in ground covered concrete pool. No spa, would like paver patio around entire pool with a cover lanai.

Looking at a new build not pool but would like to put in a in ground pool, no spa but would like a paver patio surrounding the entire area with a covered lanai. Was told as low as 10,000 is that true, we were thinking 15-20,000

I just sold a home in Stoneybrook w/o a pool to a client. He had two or three pool companies give him bids and he settled on $34,000 for a nice pool, no spa but a good electric heater, with pavers and a big cage. Whoever told you 10k was thinking above ground, I think. There are pool companies advertising $22,900 but it must be the minimum and definately NO heater.
