Hi Theresa,
Here's what you get for the $435: Common Area Maintenance, Exterior (Landscaping), Exterior Bldg Maintenance, Limited Insurance, Roof Maintenance, Sewer, Water, Trash Pickup, Complex has great amenities including 2 pools.

Still pretty steep. This home is contingent though, meaning it has an accepted offer that is just waiting on lender approval. If you are interested in something similar (but with lower HOA), let me know and I can send you a list of what's available.

Thanks!

Hi Theresa,

If you are looking to buy there, make sure your agent has an accountant check out the HOA financials. Due to the economy, short sales and foreclosures, many HOA's are behind in dues. As a result, many are financially unstable.

Best of luck,

Yep, that's right! 435 big ones a month. The prices in this complex are awesome, but the HOA's... not so much. If you'd like to see other condos or town-homes in and around Santee with lower HOA fees, let me know, I;m here to help!
