This Cape Coral Parkway condo located in the CRA District does not have a deeded dock included with it. Many of the condos like this in Cape Coral have shared dock space that is available on a first come first serve basis. In this scenario, your boat would sit in the water and be tied up to the dock, rather than up on a lift. The good news is that you generally don't see a full dock of boats behind this category of condo.

Here is a resource to view other Cape Coral CRA District condos: http://www.greaterftmyers.com/cra-district-condos.php

Other popular areas in Cape Coral for reasonably-priced waterfront condos are Beach Parkway http://www.greaterftmyers.com/beach-parkway.php and the Rubicon Canal area http://www.greaterftmyers.com/rubicon-canal.php

Good luck in your search!

Hi Gary, According to the listing information on this unit as well as the 3/2 unit that is also available on the first floor in the same building that I have attached for you there is plenty of dock space for up to a 28 foot boat on this sailboat canal and it's usage is included.

If you have an interest in either of these units or would like to look over the comps in the area please use: http://www.swfloridahomebuyer.listingbook.com and feel free to call my cell at 239-464-8620. I would be happy to help you find your piece of paradise in SW Florida.

Hi Gary,

That condo is not listed as having a deeded dock. Most in that price range do not. You will probably find that the space is on a first come first serve basis. Most condo's like that one do not have too many residents with boats. That property is a short sale and may be very difficult to purchase as it takes 90-120 days to even get an answer from the banks. About 70% of the properties selling here are foreclsoures. Once the bank has taken the property back they get very motivated and are much easier to deal with. If you want to search the MLS you can find great pictures, mapping and more at http://www.search.capecoralhomesnow.com. If you have any questions please email or call. Have a great evening!
