Sales volume in Ocean Trail is up over 47% from 2011 numbers so you can see the marked improvement in both units sold and prices realized.

This bank owned property is not currently available. Ocean Trail has 5 separate sections on the Intracoastal (ICW) and ocean with individual associations & rules. Currently available units start at $279,000 and currently available bank owned (REO) start at $315,000.
