Hi again. With respect to what the broker from Falmouth said, you might think twice about going to the agent whose sole obligation is to the seller, and alternatively contact an experienced, local agent who can represent your interests.

It is "Active Flagged" in MLS, meaning the seller has signed and accepted an Offer to purchase.
They are still possibly showing it for backup, until the Purchase & Sale is signed, which may be in about 10 days.
If you would like to see this house, you can possibly connect with your agent, or if you're asking this question on Trulia I may assume you do not have an agent, so you could ask an agent to assist you with this.

By the way, in my experience, the majority of these "active-flagged' listings go on to culminate in actual sales. Hope that helps.

There is an accepted offer on the property. It is not yet listed as under agreement (the signing of the purchase and sale).
