Jodi,

This house sold in April for more than its asking price. The buyer who bought the home paid cash. My guess is that there were probably multiple offers on this property and the lender took the contract most likely to close.

If you are interested in foreclosures, and are working with a realtor, ask your agent about forwarding foreclosures in this area when they become available for sale. If not, let me know and I can set something up for you within your criteria and foward to your email address. Most all foreclosures are listed through an agent that is listing the property for the lender. You might find it quite helpful to work with your own agent about what properties are available and guide you through the process here in what you can expect with an offer you might make and the things you might be doing to help you win that contract on something you like.
