Hi Mary,

Yes there is a homeowners association fee, it's $140 per year according to the listing information. If you would like to make an appointment to see this house or any others please give me a call.

Hello Mary, The home has a homeowners Association with a $150/yr Assn dues. That is the amount shown on the listing, it may or may not be current. The home is being sold as a "handyman" special with some mold in the garage. Hope that information is useful to you. Good Luck!

Dear Mary: According to the information on the MLS (Multiple Listing System) the homeowners association fee is $140 for the year. It is a short sale which means that third party (the lender) approval is required for the sale to go through.

Best regards,
