Over half of buyers want to purchase a foreclosure property. However, less than half of those buyers actually do. Carpet and paint alone can be expensive to replace. Home prices are so low and interst rates are so good right now, that a trusted reall estate advisor would be able to fit you with the right move in ready home in no time. Do your research and get your financing in order. Then contact a trusted Real Estate professional to represent you in that transaction at no cost to you and hopefully save thousands on the purchase and time as well.

Happy house hunting!

RealtyTrac almost always advertises properties that are not listed, and in fact are not even remotely available for purchase. Once a home is foreclosed by the bank, it can often take months for that property to actually hit the market because of the backlog of properties the bank has in inventory. As an investor, I can assure you that few foreclosures are great deals...most are listed are near retail price.

Hello Livia,

A couple of things. This foreclosed home is different from the one that went pending on the 27th. Also, according to MLS records, this home has not been listed yet.
Having represented buyers in purchasing foreclosures during the last 4 years, the best approach is to get a preapproval letter from a mortgage lender and I do have sources that can help with that process. Then you are ready to make your offer once this home does go live in the system.
That is a nice area. I will be happy to assist you in the buying process.
