You can try to figure out the address by driving to the area & try to figure it out which house it is.

Once you have that you can try to search for it on the cook county assessors office website by doing an address range search. If it is a SF home there will be no assessments unless you mean tax assessments, which you can then look up on the treasurers office website.

Good luck!

P.S. Your best bet is to always work with a buyers agent. We do all the work for you.

This is probably one of those bait and switch listings. The company tries to get you to sign up with them to show you a listing that doesnt exist. If your looking to buy, get a good buyers agent. Its no cost to you, and this way you have someone to go to for advice.

This property appears to be on the 3200 block of South Canal. If the address were provided you could search the Cook County Assessor's website to find the assessed value (which is not always indicative of market value) and the property PIN. You could then use the PIN on the County Treasurer's site to view the tax bill. As mentioned, there is no assessment (as in monthly assessment) if this is truly a single family home as indicated in the description. If you have an exact address we can find out the taxes on the home. Keep in mind the foreclosure process could take a very long time. Great time to be a buyer so if you are looking for these types of properties there are many opportunities. If you need any assistance, just let me know.

It is a house so no assessment, but the ad says the foreclosure process has just started and since there is no address there is no property available yet. The foreclosure process cold take 1 year and I doubt that any of the info on that ad is correct. Try realtor.com or my web site if you are looking for something to buy now. trulia and zillow are poor sites to use because they have incorrect and out of date info.
