This home has a contract on it. Its contigent on the bank accepting thier offer. It will still show active on trulia until it goes into pending status. Even after that, Trulia will probably show active until it receives the update and not sure how long that will take them. If you would like more up-to-date information, you can email or call me and ill be glad to help you watch.. If not, thats cool but if you are looking for a home you should really choose an agent that will help you through the process. As a buyer, it doesnt cost you anymore to have an agent looking out for your best interest. It could cost you 1000's in loan and interest if you dont..

Hi Michelle, The contract on this home fell through last week due to buyer financing so it is back on the market.

Thia property is under contract. I just looked it up on MLS.
Some of these sites are not real time and do not have the most up to date info.

The MLS has the most up to date and accurate information. Trulia.com and other sites can take longer to update the status. Since it's contingent on 3rd party approval, it could take months to close.

That's what the MLS shows, but Trulia listings might not show the change in status for days or weeks ...
